Welcome to the Presidential Flight FTP Service. By accessing or using the FTP server provided by Presidential Flight ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

• FTP access is granted solely for purposes approved by Presidential Flight.
• You must not share your FTP credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Only upload/download files that pertain to Presidential Flight business activities.

• Do not attempt to access files or directories not expressly granted to you.

4. Data Integrity & Backups

• Presidential Flight is not responsible for loss of data. Please maintain your own backups if necessary.
• Do not delete or alter files unless authorized to do so.

5. Monitoring and Compliance

• All FTP activity may be monitored and logged for security and compliance purposes.
• Presidential Flight reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time without notice for violations.

6. Liability

• Presidential Flight is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the FTP service.

7. Changes to Terms

• Presidential Flight reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the FTP service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
